On behalf of all of our EDCO Collaborative staff, I would like to extend a warm welcome to EDCO districts, students and clients. It is our privilege to provide education programming, related services, professional learning opportunities, and consultation to EDCO’s sixteen member districts and the many non-member districts who access our services.
This past summer, EDCO offered record numbers of workshops and courses, welcomed our Partners program and the CASE Collaborative RISE program to our Bedford campus, upgraded technology at our nine sites, and continued planning for SY 17-18.
Over the course of the next several weeks, our special and alternative education programs will be in full swing, we will welcome participants to our more than 20 roundtables, and we will register educators and support staff for our fall workshops
Since 1969, our mission has remained consistent: improve education through interdistrict and interagency collaboration, provide high quality education and related services to students at-risk, and enhance equity, intercultural understanding and equal opportunity in education. Toward that end we are focused on ensuring all of our students, families and clients have access to high quality services, respectful learning environments, and dedicated and passionate staff.
We are grateful for the opportunity to work on behalf of students and families throughout Massachusetts and look forward to another successful year of service to our clients.
